cd /etc/yum.repos.d/

yum install nagios
For el6 run the following as root:
cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:ketheriel:nagios/el6/home:ketheriel:nagios.repo
yum install nagios
