Add repository and install manually

For xUbuntu 16.04 run the following:

sudo sh -c "echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Horst3180/xUbuntu_16.04/ /' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/arc-theme.list"
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install arc-theme

You can add the repository key to apt. Keep in mind that the owner of the key may distribute updates, packages and repositories that your system will trust (more information). To add the key, run:

wget -nv https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/xUbuntu_16.04/Release.key -O Release.key
sudo apt-key add - < Release.key
sudo apt-get update

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:Horst3180.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install arc-theme

For openSUSE Leap 42.2 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/openSUSE_Leap_42.2/home:Horst3180.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install arc-theme

For openSUSE Leap 42.1 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/home:Horst3180.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install arc-theme

For openSUSE 13.2 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/openSUSE_13.2/home:Horst3180.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install arc-theme

For Fedora 25 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/Fedora_25/home:Horst3180.repo
dnf install arc-theme

For Fedora 24 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Horst3180/Fedora_24/home:Horst3180.repo
dnf install arc-theme

For Debian 8.0 run the following as root:

echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Horst3180/Debian_8.0/ /' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/arc-theme.list 
apt-get update
apt-get install arc-theme
