libGLC from home:worldcitizen project

For CentOS 8 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/CentOS_8/home:worldcitizen.repo
yum install libGLC

For CentOS 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/CentOS_7/home:worldcitizen.repo
yum install libGLC

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:worldcitizen.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libGLC

For openSUSE Factory PowerPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/openSUSE_Factory_PowerPC/home:worldcitizen.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libGLC

For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/home:worldcitizen.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libGLC

For openSUSE Factory run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:worldcitizen/openSUSE_Factory/home:worldcitizen.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libGLC

For SLE 12 SP5 Backports run the following as root:

zypper refresh
zypper install libGLC

For ScientificLinux 7 run the following as root:
