pastel from home:smolsheep project

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:smolsheep/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:smolsheep.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install pastel
