Para standard ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:shunghsiyu:branches:openSUSE:Leap:15.4:Update/standard/home:shunghsiyu:branches:openSUSE:Leap:15.4:Update.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libbpf
Para pool ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:shunghsiyu:branches:openSUSE:Leap:15.4:Update/pool/home:shunghsiyu:branches:openSUSE:Leap:15.4:Update.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libbpf
