For CentOS 6 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:scvutilaccount/CentOS_6/home:scvutilaccount.repo
yum install apachelb

For CentOS 5 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:scvutilaccount/CentOS_5/home:scvutilaccount.repo
yum install apachelb

For RHEL 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:scvutilaccount/RHEL_7/home:scvutilaccount.repo
yum install apachelb

For RHEL 6 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:scvutilaccount/RHEL_6/home:scvutilaccount.repo
yum install apachelb

For RHEL 5 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:scvutilaccount/RHEL_5/home:scvutilaccount.repo
yum install apachelb

For xUbuntu 14.04 run the following:

sudo apt update
