mkcdrec from home:gdha project

For CentOS CentOS-6 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/CentOS_CentOS-6/home:gdha.repo
yum install mkcdrec

For CentOS 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/CentOS_7/home:gdha.repo
yum install mkcdrec

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:gdha.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install mkcdrec

For openSUSE Factory run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/openSUSE_Factory/home:gdha.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install mkcdrec

For RHEL 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/RHEL_7/home:gdha.repo
yum install mkcdrec

For ScientificLinux 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/ScientificLinux_7/home:gdha.repo
yum install mkcdrec

For ScientificLinux 6 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gdha/ScientificLinux_6/home:gdha.repo
yum install mkcdrec

For SLE 11 SP4 run the following as root:
