createrepo from OBS:Server:2.6 project

For openSUSE 13.2 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:Server:2.6/openSUSE_13.2/OBS:Server:2.6.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install createrepo

For openSUSE 13.1 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:Server:2.6/openSUSE_13.1/OBS:Server:2.6.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install createrepo

For SLE 12 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:Server:2.6/SLE_12/OBS:Server:2.6.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install createrepo

For SLE 11 SP3 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:Server:2.6/SLE_11_SP3/OBS:Server:2.6.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install createrepo

For xUbuntu 12.04 run the following:
