For standard run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:linux-next/standard/Kernel:linux-next.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install kernel-vanilla

For PPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:linux-next/PPC/Kernel:linux-next.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install kernel-vanilla

For ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:linux-next/ARM/Kernel:linux-next.repo
zypper refresh
