zsync from OBS:AppImage project

For toolchain.SLE 12 SP4 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:AppImage/toolchain.SLE_12_SP4/OBS:AppImage.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install zsync
