For standard run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:CaaSP/standard/devel:CaaSP.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install tftpboot-installation-common

For openSUSE Factory PowerPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:CaaSP/openSUSE_Factory_PowerPC/devel:CaaSP.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install tftpboot-installation-common

For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:CaaSP/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/devel:CaaSP.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install tftpboot-installation-common

For SLE 15 SP1 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:CaaSP/SLE_15_SP1/devel:CaaSP.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install tftpboot-installation-common

For SLE 15 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:CaaSP/SLE_15/devel:CaaSP.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install tftpboot-installation-common
