Para openSUSE Factory corra o seguinte como root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:SELinux/openSUSE_Factory/security:SELinux.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install setroubleshoot

Para 16.0 corra o seguinte como root:
