For openSUSE Factory PowerPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/openSUSE_Factory_PowerPC/security.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install secvarctl

For 15.5 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/15.5/security.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install secvarctl

For SLE 15 SP4 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/SLE_15_SP4/security.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install secvarctl

For SLE 15 SP3 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/SLE_15_SP3/security.repo
zypper refresh
