Para 16.0 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Simmphonie:python/16.0/home:Simmphonie:python.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-python-dateutil
Para 15.7 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:Simmphonie:python/15.7/home:Simmphonie:python.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-python-dateutil
Para 15.6 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
