python-pooch from home:birdwatcher project

Per 15.6 eseguire quanto segue come root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:birdwatcher/15.6/home:birdwatcher.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-pooch
