Para devel languages python ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:glaubitz:branches:devel:languages:python/devel_languages_python/home:glaubitz:branches:devel:languages:python.repo zypper refresh zypper install python-lxml
