Para openSUSE Tumbleweed ejecute lo siguiente como root:

zypper refresh
zypper install python-dictdiffer
Para openSUSE Slowroll ejecute lo siguiente como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:illuusio:python3/openSUSE_Slowroll/home:illuusio:python3.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install python-dictdiffer
Para 15.6 ejecute lo siguiente como root:
