likwid from server:monitoring project

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:monitoring/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/server:monitoring.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install likwid

For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:monitoring/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/server:monitoring.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install likwid

For 16.0 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:monitoring/16.0/server:monitoring.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install likwid

For RHEL 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:monitoring/RHEL_7/server:monitoring.repo
yum install likwid

For ScientificLinux 7 run the following as root:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:monitoring/ScientificLinux_7/server:monitoring.repo
yum install likwid

For SLE 12 SP5 run the following as root:
