For openSUSE Leap 15.2 run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/zypp:ci:libzypp/openSUSE_Leap_15.2/zypp:ci:libzypp.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libzypp
For openSUSE Leap 15.3 run the following as root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/zypp:ci:libzypp/openSUSE_Leap_15.3/zypp:ci:libzypp.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libzypp
For SLE 15 SP3 run the following as root:

For SLE 15 SP2 run the following as root:
