libssh from utilities project

For openSUSE Factory PowerPC run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/utilities/openSUSE_Factory_PowerPC/utilities.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libssh

For openSUSE Factory ARM run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/utilities/openSUSE_Factory_ARM/utilities.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libssh

For 16.0 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/utilities/16.0/utilities.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install libssh

For 15.6 run the following as root:
