For Fedora 43 run the following as root:

dnf config-manager addrepo --from-repofile=https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:duwe/Fedora_43/home:duwe.repo
dnf install ioquake3

For openSUSE Tumbleweed run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:duwe/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:duwe.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install ioquake3

For 16.0 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:duwe/16.0/home:duwe.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install ioquake3

For 15.6 run the following as root:
