Para openSUSE Tumbleweed corra o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:syntron:patched/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:syntron:patched.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install btop
Para 16.0 corra o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:syntron:patched/16.0/home:syntron:patched.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install btop
Para 15.6 corra o seguinte como root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:syntron:patched/15.6/home:syntron:patched.repo
zypper refresh
