Aggiungi il repository e installa manualmente
Per armv5el eseguire quanto segue come root:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:Factory:ARM/armv5el/openSUSE:Factory:ARM.repo zypper refresh zypper install SDL_image
