For Fedora 23 run the following as root:

For Fedora 22 run the following as root:
dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:Geo:OpenCPN/Fedora_22/Application:Geo:OpenCPN.repo dnf install OpenCPN-4.x
