Add repository and install manually

For xUbuntu 9.10 run the following:

For ScientificLinux 6 run the following as root:

yum install build

For SLE 11 SP1 run the following as root:

zypper install build

For SLE 11 run the following as root:

For Mandriva 2010 run the following as root:

For Mandriva 2009.1 run the following as root:

For Debian 6.0 run the following as root:
